Is-sinjal għal SQUASH għandu żewġ partijiet. L-ewwel, l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta‘ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u bis-swaba’ jippuntaw lejn il-ġenb. Id waħda tieqaf quddiem il-qadd waqt li l-id l-oħra titla’ dritt ’il fuq minn wara l-id il-wieqfa sakemm tasal quddiem il-ġbin. Imbagħad, din l-id tieħu l-forma ta’ T fil-ġenb bil pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. L-id iddur ’l isfel biex il-pala tiġi tħares ’il fuq u tasal fin-nofs. L-id terġa lura lejn il-ġenb billi ddur u l-pala tiġi tħares ’l isfel, bħal meta tkun se tolqot il-ballun bil-pala sportive.

The sign for SQUASH has two parts. First, the hands take the shape of 5 with the palm facing inwards and fingers pointing towards the side. One hand stops at waist level whilst the other hand moves straight up from behind the the stationary hand until it arrives in front of the forehead. Then, this hand takes the sign-shape of the letter T at the side with the palm facing the side. The hand turns downwards so that the palm now faces upwards until it reaches the middle. The hand rotates back towards the side and the palm now faces downwards, as though hitting a ball with a sports racket.
