There are two signs for SWEDEN. The first sign is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of closed 5 and is held stationary palm facing downwards. The other hand takes the shape of curved 5 with loosely held fingers. The fingers flutter as the hand is raised up over the stationary hand about three times.

The second sign is slightly different. One hand is placed at chest or waist level with palm facing inwards or downwards. The other hand takes the shape of closed 5, bends at the knuckles and brushes against the top of the other hand between the thumb and the other fingers. It is then raised whilst bending further such that the fingers meet the thumb. The hand continues to move up away from the stationary hand. This movement is repeated twice.
