Is-sinjal għal TURSIN għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal imqassar għal ĦAXIX (grass). Id waħda titqiegħed fuq quddiem bil-pala tħares ’l isfel waqt li l-id l-oħra bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa timxi tmiss mal-ġenb tal-id il-wieqfa. (ii) Imbagħad l-id il-wieqfa tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-werrej iħares ’il fuq. L-id l-oħra tinbidel fil-forma ta’ F bis-swaba’ mifrudin u s-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej jiffurmaw ċirku. Dawn is-swaba jagħtu skoss lejn il-werrej tal-id il-wieqfa waqt li jimxu ’l-isfel miegħu.
The sign for PARSLEY has two parts. (i) First the sign for GRASS is made. One hand is held stationary, palm facing downwards whilst the other hand moves along the side of the stationary hand with palm facing inwards. (ii) Then the stationary hand changes to the shape of 1 with the index finger pointing upwards. The other hand changes to the shape of F with the thumb and index finger forming a circle and the other hands apart. These fingers make a few jerky movements to hit the index finger of the stationary hand as they move downwards along it.
