Is-sinjal UFFIĊJU għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal KAMRA. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 1 u l-werrejja jiffurmaw kwadru orizzontali fl-arja, min-nofs fuq il-quddiem lejn il-ġnub, lura, imbagħad mill-ġnub lejn in-nofs. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal KITEB. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 u tieqaf fuq quddiem bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ T u tifforma linji kkurvati żgħar ftit ’il fuq mill-id il-wieqfa u tibqa’ sejra sal-ġenb.
The sign for OFFICE has two parts. (i) First, the sign for ROOM is made. The hands take the shape of 1 and the index fingers form a horizontal square in the air, from the middle at the front, towards the sides, backwards and then from the sides towards the middle. (ii) Then the sign for WRITE is made. One hand takes the shape of 5 and is held stationary at the front with palm facing upwards. The other hand takes the shape of T and forms curved lines a little above the stationary hand and continues to the side.
