Is-sinjal għal VAGANZA jsir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bis-swaba’ jperpru. L-idejn jitqiegħdu waħda kull naħa, livell taħt l-ispalla, bil-pala tħares laġenba. Is-swaba’ jperpru waqt li l-idejn jinżammu fil-post permezz tas-saba’ l-kbir li ma jiċċaqlaqx, qishom mqabbda mal-ħwejjeġ.
Għal VAGANZA OVERLAND is-sinjal għal KAROZZA fl-aħħar. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn bil-pala tal-id tħares ’il fuq. L-idejn jiċċaqalqu ftit ’il ġewwa u ’l barra bħallikieku qed isuqu.
The sign for HOLIDAY is made with both hands in the form of open 5 with fluttering fingers. The hands are placed, one on each side, below the level of the shoulders, with palm facing sideways. The fingers flutter whilst the hands are held in place by means of the stationary thumb, as though tied to the clothes.
For HOLIDAY OVERLAND the sign for CAR is added at the end. Both hands in the shape of a fist with the palms facing upwards. The hands move a little inwards and outwards as though holding a steering wheel.
