Is-sinjal għal VAT għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isiru is-sinjali għall-ittri V, A u T. (ii) Imbagħad, isir is-sinjal għal ĦA. Id waħda forma ta’ 5 laxka titqiegħed ’il barra u tinġibed lura waqt li tingħalaq f’ponn.
The sign for VAT has two parts. (i) First the manual letters for V, A and T are made. (ii) Then the sign for TAKE is made. One hand takes the shape of loose 5 and is placed outwards and then is pulled back whilst it closes into a fist shape.
