The sign for WORKOUT is made with both hands in the shape of fists with palms facing upwards. The hands stretch straight up from the elbows. Then they move up together to shoulder level. The movement is repeated three times. Throughout the sign, the chest protrudes upwards and backwards and the head is stretched backwards. The sign for WORKOUT resembles that for GYM.
