Hemm żewg sinjali jixxiebħu għal YOGURT. L-ewwel sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieqaf bil-forma ta’ C bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. L-id l-oħra tagħmel is-sinjal għal Y. (ii) Imbagħad, l-id tibdel mill-forma ta’ Y għall-forma ta’ T u tersaq lejn l-id il-wieqfa, ddur ’il ġewwa u titla’ ’l fuq quddiem il-ħalq. It-tieni sinjal jibda billi id waħda tagħmel il-forma ta’ Y imbagħad tinbidel fil-forma ta’ T, iddur ’il ġewwa u tersaq lejn il-ħalq. Varjant ieħor isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ C imbagħad tinbidel fil-forma ta’ Y iktar fil-għoli.
There are two similar signs for YOGURT. The first sign has two parts. (i) First, one hand is held stationary in the form of C with palm facing the side. The other hand makes the sign for Y. (ii) Then, this hand changes from the shape for Y to that for T and moves towards the stationary hand, turns inwards and moves up in front of the mouth. The second sign starts with one hand that takes the shape of Y and then changes to a T shape, turns inwards and moves towards the mouth. Another variant is made with one hand that takes the shape of C and then changes into the shape of Y a little higher up.
