Is-sinjal għal ĠURNALISTA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ T bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id tinżel minn quddiem il-ħalq ’l isfel u ’l barra. (ii) L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 u tieqaf mimduda bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-ewwel id tinżel u timxi tul il-pala tal-id il-wieqfa xi darbtejn.
Varjant ta’ dan is-sinjal isir bis-sinjal għal GAZZETTA u s-sinjal għal KITEB.
The sign for JOURNALIST consists of two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of T with the palm facing inwards. The hand moves from in front of the mouth downwards and outwards. (ii) The other hand takes the shape of 5 and lies with the palm facing upwards. The first hand moves down and moves all along the palm of the stationary hand twice or more.
A variant of this sign is the sign for NEWSPAPER followed by the sign for WRITE.
